New Service Policy Update

Effective September 1st 2010

New Policy: Due to the amount of time that is allotted for finish work on an a la carte chemical service (color without cut) there will be a new $15.00 service charge added to your bill.

Reason For The Change: In the past, we have provided blow-dries as a complimentary service to our clients. However, as a result of our increased clientele, there is limited availability in the salon.

Please Note: There will be an additional charge for curls on all finishes.

Cancellations

If you are unable to make your appointment please contact the salon 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment by calling 925.462.2375

• If cancellations are less than 24 hours or if a “No Show” occurs, Gary Patrick Salon is subject to charge a cancellation fee with the discretion of Management.

 

Gratuity Policy

Gratuities will only be accepted as cash or check. Any gratuity written in the form of a check must be written as a separate check made out to the stylist. Any and all gratuities will only be accepted at the front desk.

Gary Patrick Salon guarantees both its’ services and products.

Services

Gary Patrick Salon is a team environment, and our customer satisfaction is our utmost importance. For any reason you are unhappy with the services that were provided, we would like to have an opportunity to have you come back into the salon to have the services redone complimentary.

• Clients are welcome to come in with their original stylist or we can recommend another stylist for them.

• When returning for a redo service, please contact the salon within 1 week of original appointment.

Bridal Policy

Our Bridal Services are exclusively offered to Gary Patrick Salon and LaDiDa clients only.

 

Retail

Gary Patrick Salon leads the industry by providing the most advanced product lines available. However, if you are ever dissatisfied with your retail purchase, you may bring back your product for an exchange or full refund.

• This policy includes Oribe Hair Care Products, Bumble and bumble, and brushes.

• For returns on flat irons or blow-dryers, sale is final. Please note, each tool comes with factory warranty upon purchase.

 

Team Environment

Gary Patrick Salon cultivates a team environment where salon culture allows clients to see a different stylist without hesitation. Whether it is scheduling, pricing, or preference, we encourage our clients to see the stylist that best fits their needs.

• Please contact the Front Desk to learn more about which stylist would accommodate you best.

• Please note, Gary Patrick Salon maintains client files for color formulation and service history.

• This policy allows our clients to continue to receive the highest level of service while providing the ultimate flexibility with lifestyle and choice.

 

Referral Program

Gary Patrick Salon’s foundation has been established by its loyal clientele and the referrals that come from our clients continued patronage over the past twenty years. In appreciation of our valued clients, we offer and exclusive referral program.

• Refer 3 New Clients to the salon and receive a complimentary Haircut Service.

• When booking an appointment, please let your referrals know to mention your name to the Front Desk or to your stylist.
